CSS Customer Service System

CSS Benefits

CA’s new Customer Service System (CSS) is set to launch during CA's Fiscal Year 2011, and with it comes a vast array of benefits to you – our valued CA members. But, why should you be excited about CSS? In short, the long-awaited system will improve how you access CA’s wide variety of offerings and services.

CSS is a top-of-the-line, hand-crafted computer system set to replace CA’s current software, which manages day-to-day customer service. At present, CA has two computer systems handling resident and member records: The first manages assessment payments and records while the second handles membership functions. CSS will help CA streamline operations in an effort to unify customer transactions and deliver improved service through a single software system. In doing so, it will make your life – and your ability to access CA information – easier, by allowing for better customer service.

In preparation for the rollout of CSS, all CA members will need to have their photos taken for new membership cards. There is no need to do anything now. We will let you know when it is time to have your picture taken. The following list details the benefits you can look forward to with these new cards and with the implementation of CSS in the coming year.

  • The new CSS web portal is easy to use, convenient and allows for efficient communications between CA team members and customers
  • Photos can be taken at CA fitness facilities and the Membership Service Center (MSC)
  • Increased customer satisfaction through the practicality and functionality of the e-commerce web portal:
    • You can load money onto your membership cards online or at MSC to buy concessions, tickets and make other purchases at CA facilities
    • You can book tennis and racquetball reservations online
    • You can signup online for Package Plan Plus and Group Fitness classes
    • You can schedule tee times online
    • You will have a more efficient and faster check-in when arriving for classes, tee times, etc.
  • Members’ photographs will be stored in the new system, so if you forget your membership card, a front desk associate can access it via the check in screen at CA facilities. This will also lessen the possibility of someone using your membership card fraudulently.

At CA, we are committed to providing you with CSS progress and updates as information becomes available. Check back later to see where CSS is on testing and implementation!
