Residents will be asked to turn on all outside lights and spend time at neighborhood events and block parties

Use the Discount Buying Service to save when dining out, going to the movies, visiting local amusement parks, enjoying an evening at the theater, attending sporting events, taking lessons at the fitness clubs or spending a day shopping. The Discount Buying Service can be included in any yearly membership.

Using the Discount Buying Service is simple and convenient. Let the merchant know that you participate in the Discount Buying Service. Present your DBS card. When dining, merchants are not required to rebate discounts to members who present their card after the bill is totaled. Discounts are for your exclusive use only and do not apply to accompanying guests. Discounts do not apply to sale items and can not be combined with other discount offers.

The Columbia Association is not liable for the quality of products and services purchased through the Discount Buying Service.

The Savings Space lists tickets and the Preferred Merchants who give discounts to Package Plan Plus members and members who have the Discount Buying Service as part of their memberships.
