When If Not Now is an eight-week program for mature adults ages 45 and up who would prefer a personal, hands-on introduction to living healthier through exercise. Each WINN participant is teamed with a personal coach who assists him or her in navigating the fitness classes and workout equipment at any of CA's facilities.

Coaches provide five private lessons to each WINNer during the program to help the participants choose the activities that are best suited to their personal exercise needs and goals.

WINNers receive all Package Plan Plus programs and amenities during the eight-week program.
