Offering elementary and middle school children a safe, secure haven where they can explore, learn and have fun.

A.M. Program.  For elementary school students only.  From 7:00 am until the school day begins.  At Atholton, Bryant Woods, Centennial, Clarksville, Clemens Crossing, Cradlerock, Guilford, Hammond, Jeffers Hill, Longfellow, Northfield, Phelps Luck, Running Brook, Steven's Forest, Swansfield, Talbott Springs, Thunder Hill, Waterloo and Worthington.  Students attend the program at their school.

P.M. Program.  For elementary and middle school students.  From after school until 6 pm. Elementary school students attend the program at their school. Middle school students attend at Hammond or Cradlerock (transportation is provided from Harper’s Choice, Wilde Lake and Oakland Mills) or Dunloggin (transportation is provided from Burleigh Manor). Students who require transportation pay a monthly fee.

Full Day Program.  Offered on most days when school is scheduled to be closed all day.  Requires a separate registration form. Children need not be registered in the AM/PM programs to register for Full Day Programs.

 

Registering for the program:  In order to register a child for the morning and/or afternoon program a Registration form, Health Inventory, including a Special Care Plan and the Parents Guide to Regulated Childcare form must be completed.

Registering for the 2008-2009 School Year:

Early Registration: (for children currently enrolled in the SAS program only)

Early registrations for the 2008-2009 school year will begin on Monday April 28, 2008 and will continue until Friday May 23, 2008.  Registrations will not be accepted May 27 to June 6, 2008.

Open Registration: (for all children)
Open registration for the 2008-2009 school year will start on Saturday June 7, 2008.
Registrations will be accepted on a first come space available basis that Saturday from 10am to 5pm. Thereafter registration will be accepted on a first come space available basis until August 8, 2008. Registrations will not be accepted August 11-22 and will resume Monday August 25.

 

PLEASE NOTE: All registrations submitted from August 25 to 29 are to be submitted in person. Registrations that are mailed or dropped off will not be processed until September 4, 2008.

Registrations are accepted at the CA office from 9 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday.

Tax information:  The tax identification number is 52-0823992.  The Columbia Association's School Aged Services Department does not provide a statement for taxes, a copy of your monthly bill should be kept for this purpose.

Automated Payments:  At this time, we do not have the ability to do automated debits from your credit card or checking account.  You may set up payments with your bank or complete and submit a credit card payment form each month.
