CA Programs

Columbia Association has a wide range of programs covering sports and recreation, health and fitness, art, youth and international/cultural activities.

Aquatics / Pools

Columbia Association’s outdoor pools offer a refreshing and enjoyable experience for individuals and families seeking to beat the summer heat. Including lap lanes, water slides, beach entry, wading pools as well as volleyball courts and an incredible team of lifeguards always present to ensure your safety, there is something for everyone.

CA Annual Charge

The CA Annual Charge has been part of the CA financial structure since Columbia was established. If your property is protected by CA covenants, your deed requires you to pay an annual charge. This charge allows CA to manage and maintain all of the programs and facilities we enjoy in Columbia.

CA Open Space

Columbia Association owns and maintains more than 3,600 acres of open space, over 110 miles of pathways, 171 parks and tot lots, 3 man-made lakes, 41 ponds, 34 miles of stream valleys, and the 40-acre Symphony Woods.
