That’s because Columbia Association team members work everyday to fulfill CA’s mission to engage our diverse community, cultivate a unique sense of place and enhance quality of life here in Columbia and Greater Howard County.

Their work is financed by a combination of annual charge payments from residential and commercial property owners; income from CA’s sport and fitness facilities and programs; income from CA’s community service programs; and other sources of revenue. Columbia Association’s Board of Directors has an annual budget process to discuss and decide how CA will raise and spend money.
