Columbia Association’s Strategic Plan is a dynamic document, updated by the CA Board of Directors and CA Senior Executive Team as they work together on strategy making.
The Planning and Strategy Committee (PSC) of the CA Board has responsibility for and oversight of the development of the Strategic Plan. In Fiscal Year 2014, the PSC and CA Senior Executive Team engaged community stakeholders, Columbia residents, Columbia businesses, Columbia’s village community associations, CA Advisory Committees and CA team members in an extensive input gathering process. The input gathered informed the CA Board’s planning process and was used in the updating of the strategic plan.
