Advanced Fused Glass Workshop: Pet PortraitDesigned for continuing and advanced fused glass students. Bring a photo of your pet's face! Along with Chris, you will work on a design using highlights and shading to capture the essence of your beloved pet in a five-inch square portrait. Light refreshments will be provided. Your creation will be ready for pick up within two weeks following the workshop. All supplies included.
Black and White Ink Wash Painting from ObservationInk wash painting is a water-based medium with a similar technique to watercolor painting. However, when creating an ink wash painting, black ink is used to create a grayscale work of art. Whether you have any prior experience working with ink or are a complete beginner, Geraldine will walk you through the process while you create your very own ink wash painting.

Encaustic PaintingBack by popular demand! Encaustic painting is an easy-to-learn technique using colored pigments mixed with hot wax. Intro to Alcohol Ink PaintingEnjoy this one-day, three-hour workshop with Chris Guercio as you explore what alcohol inks are and some basic techniques. Chris will explain which substrates work and which don't, as well as precautions to take when using alcohol inks.
Intro to Pastel PaintingDesigned for beginners and continuing students. Demonstrations and individual instruction will be given throughout the hands-on sessions. Topics include learning about materials, techniques, underpainting, understanding color and value, use of light and shadow, basic perspective, and how to care for your pastel painting. You will have the opportunity to paint from life as well as using photo references, and you will learn the best practices for each. Supply list will be provided at time of registration.
