CA’s Group Fitness Program loves new participants to our wide variety of classes!
If you are new to group fitness or still scoping out the group fitness scene, here are a few tips to make the most of your experience!
- Please be in the studio/on the pool deck ten minutes before BodyPump and all Aqua Cycle classes and five minutes before all other classes or your space may be given away.
- CA will provide most everything you need for class
- Bring a water bottle
- Go at your own pace
- Turn your cell phone to silent
- Listen and watch your instructor with purpose
- Be open minded
- If you can’t keep your class reservation, please cancel online or call the facility as soon as possible.
