Get a full-body workout that’s cool and refreshing! Aquatic exercise works your entire body without overworking your joints. Aqua fitness is for everyone and our aqua classes are open year-round to anyone ages 14 and older. Members age 10-13 may attend group fitness classes only as long as they are accompanied by a parent or guardian during the entire class.

This cycle class uses the resistance of water to challenge and soothe simultaneously. Great for those recovering from an injury or looking for a cardio workout without all the stress. All levels. CD
