Barre-based classes incorporate movements from a variety of disciplines such as ballet, Pilates, and yoga and have been found to be effective in strengthening and body shaping. Our barre personal trainers and group class instructors are skilled teachers who can guide you on your way to greater flexibility, core strength, and toned muscles. Barre training is an excellent way to overall health, and at CA there’s always barre training near you at home or work!

A non-impact blend of Mat Pilates and Barre movements, focusing on building strength, increasing muscle tone, and improving flexibility. All levels. MB, ST
Integrated movement and postures from ballet, Pilates, and yoga to lengthen, strengthen, and shape your body. A variety of props such as bands, balls, and weights are used. All levels. ST
Strengthen, sculpt, and stretch the entire body using dumbbells and ballet-inspired movements without a barre. May include cardio elements such as boxing. For all levels. CD, ST
