Classes are free and open to CA members only. CA Fit&Play and 1Fit members can preregister for BodyPump, BodyStep, and CXWORX. BodyFlow is a drop-in class for Athletic Club 1FIT and CA Fit&Play members.

Test Your Power and Try Something New! Bring your best fighter attitude and leave your inhibitions at the door for this high-energy, martial-arts inspired workout that is totally non-contact.
You’ll punch and kick your way to fitness! Learn moves from Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu.
