Perhaps that’s because they bring a level of excitement not all fitness classes deliver. CA has a variety of Les Mills™ classes, allowing you to match your workout to your mood! For instance…

The choice is yours! Regardless of which Les Mills™ class you take, rest assured you’ll be shaping and strengthening along to some really great music. Register for a class today and prepare to be inspired!

Classes are free and open to CA members only. CA Fit&Play and 1Fit members can preregister for BodyPump, BodyStep, and CXWORX. BodyFlow is a drop-in class for Athletic Club 1FIT and CA Fit&Play members.

Test Your Power and Try Something New! Bring your best fighter attitude and leave your inhibitions at the door for this high-energy, martial-arts inspired workout that is totally non-contact.

You’ll punch and kick your way to fitness! Learn moves from Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu.

Benefits of BodyCombat:

BodyCombat will be offered at Columbia Gym and Supreme Sports Club. It will be a free drop-in class for CA Fit&Play, CG 1Fit and SSC 1Fit members. It will be available as 55, 45 or 30-minute workouts.

A special sneak peek class will be held on Wednesday, January 1 from 10:45-11:30am at Supreme Sports Club. No registration required-just drop-in and try the new class!

BodyFlow

BodyFlow features a scientifically-backed combination of simple yoga moves with some elements of tai chi and Pilates. The moves are carefully curated to strengthen your entire body and increase flexibility, and it’s all set to the perfect music to unwind to — so it’s easy to forget that you’re challenging your body and changing it for the better.
