 Classes are free and open to CA members only. CA Fit&Play and 1Fit members can preregister for BodyPump, BodyCombat, and CXWORX.

New to BodyCombat™? Bring your best fighter attitude and leave your inhibitions at the door for this high-energy, martial-arts inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Learn moves from Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu.

BodyCombat is offered at Columbia Gym and Supreme Sports. It is a free drop-in class for CA Fit&Play, Golf Fit&Play, CG 1Fit and SSC 1Fit members. It is offered as 55, 45 or 30-minute workouts.
