Group Training Schedule

Burn up to 1000 calories per class! Fit Boxing features high-intensity cardio with boxing techniques and dumbbell resistance incorporating calisthenics and plyometric exercises. Increase your energy, boost your metabolism and burn calories while having fun!

Classes are open to both CA members and non-members. Everyone gets their first class for free! Classes are held at Columbia Gym in 8-week sessions; however, a prorate is available for those who would like to start mid-session. Drop-ins are also welcome on a space available basis.

Have fun while getting strong and fit with CA’s Kettlebell classes at Columbia Gym! Using cast-iron weights, you’ll perform exercises that combine cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training. Build strength and endurance, particularly in the lower back, legs and shoulders, and increase grip strength.

Strap into the movement! TRX Mbody offers a fresh, new format with the same amazing results through classes that are specifically designed to meet the needs of any individual, regardless of what their goals are or where they are on their fitness journey.

Each experience includes a combination of TRX Straps, plus Bodyweight, plus Functional Training Tools, plus Conditioning Drills to give you dynamic and effective training session.

With three formats to choose from -TRX Mprove, TRX Mpulse, and TRX Mpact – you will get the perfect mix of TRX fundamentals, cardio, strength and endurance.
