Group Training Schedule

Only have 30 minutes? Express Training is for you! Available at all three clubs; you don’t have to be a member to take advantage. For more information, please call one of CA’s fitness clubs or email Personal.Training@ColumbiaAssociation.org

Burn up to 1000 calories per class! Fit Boxing features high-intensity cardio with boxing techniques and dumbbell resistance incorporating calisthenics and plyometric exercises. Increase your energy, boost your metabolism and burn calories while having fun!

Classes are open to both CA members and non-members. Everyone gets their first class for free! Classes are held at Columbia Gym in 8-week sessions; however, a prorate is available for those who would like to start mid-session. Drop-ins are also welcome on a space available basis.

Have fun while getting strong and fit with CA’s Kettlebell classes at Columbia Gym! Using cast-iron weights, you’ll perform exercises that combine cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training. Build strength and endurance, particularly in the lower back, legs and shoulders, and increase grip strength.
