TRX Team Training

We’re launching a new TRX Team Training program, at all three fitness clubs, with a fresh, new format that provides the same great results!

You do not need to be a CA member to participate in the program. In-person and virtual options available.

Each session includes a combination of TRX straps, plus any of the following: bodyweight movements, functional training methods, or conditioning drills to give you a dynamic and effective training session.

The new format provides you with a specifically designed session to meet your individual needs regardless of what your goals or where you are on your fitness journey.

Session 1 runs from Monday, June 14-Sunday, July 25, and meets once per week.
