TRX Team Training

We now offer TRX Team Training at all three fitness clubs! Get the results you desire with our format that combines the support of team training with specific plans just for you.

You do not need to be a CA member to participate in the program. In-person and virtual options available.

Each session includes a combination of TRX straps, plus any of the following: bodyweight movements, functional training methods, or conditioning drills to give you a dynamic and effective training session.

The new format provides you with a specifically designed session to meet your individual needs regardless of what your goals or where you are on your fitness journey.
