Sculpting a Chiseled Body

Who wouldn’t want to be described with words like sculpted, chiseled or toned? If you’re ready to switch up your workout and focus on specific muscle groups, Columbia Association’s toning classes are a great option. You’ll focus on target zones such as arms, legs, back, and core.

Many of CA’s toning classes are combined with a cardio workout, allowing you to burn more calories and build more muscle. A number of these classes incorporate resistance bands, weights, and toning sticks to help you get the job done.

Toning classes are open to all levels of experience and fitness, and they’re a great change of pace from other fitness routines. After all, with all the hard work you put into staying fit, why not make it even more noticeable by toning your physique?

Basic Training

Military style workout with endurance and interval running, calisthenics, agility and flexibility training that builds camaraderie with fellow participants. Not recomended for people with chronic back and knee problems.
