Yoga

All-level class focusing on static poses to increase flexibility, strength and endurance. Variations included to enhance the member experience. All levels welcome. 

Ashtanga Yoga

Vigorous flow of sun salutations, standing and seated postures, and inversions. 

Flow Yoga

Vinyasa style of yoga that stretches and strengthens the body. This flowing, dynamic practice cultivates presence by connecting movement with breath. All levels welcome. 

Restorative Yoga

Ideal for those who like their yoga with a side of relaxation. Good for experienced students who are looking to slow down, or those new to yoga or with special concerns or injuries. Accessible for all levels. Not recommended during pregnancy. 

Tai Chi

A Chinese practice involving a long series of slow, meditative body movements incorporating QiGong and self-defense to promote strength, inner peace and calm. For all levels. 

Tai Chi Sword

Develops a higher awareness of the Tai Chi principle of unified movement. The sword acts as an extension of the arm, emphasizing the sword and body in unity. 

QiGong

A Chinese practice integrating movement, posture, breathing and awareness. For all levels.

BodyFlow

BodyFlow features a scientifically-backed combination of simple yoga moves with some elements of tai chi and Pilates. The moves are carefully curated to strengthen your entire body and increase flexibility, and it’s all set to the perfect music to unwind to — so it’s easy to forget that you’re challenging your body and changing it for the better.
