Skate, Shoot and Spin at Columbia Ice Rink
Ready to take to the ice? There is no better place to do so than Columbia Ice Rink.
Open from August to June, Columbia Ice Rink has great options for skaters of all ages and abilities. Public skate sessions occur daily, and skate rentals and blade sharpening services are always available. The rink is also a great place to hold a party or take in an ice show.
New skaters are encouraged to register for our Learn to Skate program. Skaters attend a 25-minute lesson for seven weeks. Free skate rental is included, as well as passes to the public skating sessions so you can practice. It’s a fun, safe environment in which to learn.
If you’re interested in perfecting your slap shots and poke-checks, you’ll be glad to know that Columbia Ice Rink is a veritable hockey haven! Choose from the Brandon LaDue Instructional Hockey program, High School Workout Instructional Hockey, or attend a Stick and Puck session.
Figure skaters can focus on their flip jumps or sharpen their salchows during Freestyle Skating sessions. Each session is 45-minutes long, and you can bring your own music to listen to on the Columbia Ice Rink sound system as you practice your routine.
With so much to offer, it’s no wonder Columbia Ice Rink is known as the coolest place in town.
