New class called H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Tennis Training)! This class is 1.5 hours long and includes workouts with ladders, medicine balls, etc. The goal is to conduct tennis training with high intensity. Players will increase their stamina and condition their bodies for higher levels of play. The class is conducted by one of our USPTA certified professionals and Certified Professional Trainers.

Benefits of H.I.I.T. Tennis Program :

  • Consistently elevates heart rate into the aerobic training zone
  • Burns more calories than playing singles or doubles tennis — up to 2,000 calories in one hour
  • Varies short cycles of high-intensity workouts with periods of rest, similar to interval training
