Where can campers learn how to swim, paddle a canoe, play a variety of sports and learn the finer points of archery in two weeks? Nature Camp!  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Camp highlights: 

  • Swim lessons on Monday-Thursday
  • Canoeing, archery, fishing, arts and crafts
  • An overnight on the first Thursday of the session (weather permitting)
  • Recreational swimming
  • Camp songs, snow cones, nature walks, and a special activity day that will include tie-dying and a cookout
  • A detailed schedule will be handed out on the first day of camp

What to bring

Campers must wear closed-toed shoes, and it is suggested that campers wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothing and socks. A hat and sunscreen are recommended for outdoor activities. Campers should bring a swimsuit and towel; a healthy, nonperishable lunch; and a refillable water bottle. A sleeping bag and pillow are needed for the overnight. Tents are provided for campers; however, personal tents are welcome.
