The Columbia Association has partnered with Civic Works’ Energy Programs, a non-profit community resource, to make it easy and affordable for residents to go solar and improve the energy efficiency of their homes.
Home Energy Efficiency Upgrade Cooperative
- Home energy audits are $100 (a $400 value)
- LEDs, advanced power strips, pipe insulation, showerheads, and other energy-saving products are installed at the energy audit (at no cost)
- Rebates cut the cost of energy improvements by 75% (up to $7500 total)
