Columbia Association’s mobile pathway application highlights Columbia Association’s (CA) 93.5 miles of pathways, facilities, lakes and village center buildings that are owned and maintained by the organization.
This mobile app allows users to use a series of map tools to help make their outdoor experience more enjoyable. There is a “Locate me” GPS feature that will allow users to locate CA facilities, with photos, and highlight a route for walking, running or biking to those facilities. App users can also obtain information about Columbia Association and contact us if they notice damage to tot lots or pathways.
Other features of the mobile app include a compass tool, point location tool (GPS coordinates), bearing tool, area tool and distance line tool. Users can also tap village center pins and facility pins for additional information on those locations.
The map allows you to see the elevations of different areas, as well as lakes, streams, streets and CA’s tot lots. The app also has custom pins to allow the user to keep track of locations and experiences.
Not sure where the facility or village center you are interested in is located? You can search for specific places by typing the name of the place and searching by type of destination or by distance from your current location.
Columbia Association offers a pathway map — available from your Village Association or the Welcome Center for a small fee. You may download electronic version of pathways map here or download CA’s Pathways app to your mobile phone or tablet.
