Get up, get active and have fun with fitness! As part of World Wellness Weekend, you’re invited to enjoy special fitness classes and free trials of popular programs at Columbia Athletic Club, Columbia Gym, and Haven on the Lake.
Everyone is welcome. You don’t have to be a CA member — just come on in!

Columbia Athletic Club
|TRIBE Team Training||Saturday, September 21||10am||Get a sample of the different programs that make up our TRIBE Team Training! Small group training with guidance and expertise from a certified personal trainer.|
|TRX||Saturday, September 21||11am||A popular small group training program, TRX is centered around our suspension trainers and is the perfect mix of cardio and strength.|
|BodyFlow||Saturday, September 21||noon-1pm||Simple yoga moves with some elements of tai chi and Pilates. Strengthen your body and increase flexibility set to the perfect music.|
|Decades Dance Fitness Party||Friday, September 20||6:30-7:30pm||Dance your way through the decades of hits! Wear your favorite workout look from your favorite decade — prizes will be awarded for the best costumes.|
|Tabata||Saturday, September 21||8:15-9am||A high-intensity interval training class following the Tabata principle of a 20-second work interval followed by 10 seconds of rest. Provides cardio, strength, speed, agility and core training.|
|Throwback Cycle Class||Saturday, September 21||9:30-10:30am||Enjoy a themed spin ride set to the hits from the ’70s, ’80s and ’90s!|
|Kettlebell||Saturday, September 21||11am||Using cast-iron weights, you’ll perform exercises that combine cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training.|
|Fit Boxing||Saturday, September 21||11:30am||Features high-intensity cardio with boxing techniques and dumbbell resistance, incorporating calisthenics and plyometric exercises. You’ll increase your energy, boost your metabolism and burn calories!|
|TRX||Saturday, September 21||Noon||A popular small group training program, TRX is centered around our suspension trainers and is the perfect mix of cardio and strength.|
Haven on the Lake
Classes at Haven on the Lake are 45 minutes long and have limited space available.
|LaBlast Splash||Saturday, September 21||9:45am||A combination of ballroom dance and fitness class in the pool.|
|Aqua Pilates||Saturday, September 21||Noon||Classical Pilates instruction in our warm water relaxation pool.|
|Aqua Spin||Saturday, September 21||1pm||Cardio cycle class using the resistance of water to challenge and soothe simultaneously.|
|Aqua Circuit||Saturday, September 21||2pm||A fun challenge using the latest in aquatic equipment and training techniques, including Acquapole, aqua punching bag, Hydrorider bikes and more.|
|Aqua Triathlon||Saturday, September 21||3pm||A unique aqua triathlon!|
|Aqua Yoga||Saturday, September 21||4pm||Revive your mind, body and balance with the support of a gentle aquatic environment.|
