Mind Body Workshop – Floating Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra can help alleviate fatigue, stress and anxiety as you experience deep rest and relaxation through guided meditation. Join Linda Dilmore as she not only guides you into meaningful rest, but teaches you controlled breathing techniques, setting intention, and gentle stretching. Yoga Nidra meditation will take place in aerial silks floating just above the ground.
$25 members / $30 nonmembers.
