Yoga for the Low Back Workshop With Instructor Ling Hanson

For many of us, the lower back is an area of limitation, which can manifest as tension, pain, tightness, and lack of flexibility in this area.
In this workshop, students will practice stability poses that aim to strengthen proper alignment. Students will explore developmental movement patterns with the breath that allow the poses to evolve with ease and give support to the spine. Throughout this workshop, gentle movement in and out of the poses and a focus on the different body systems will be presented in a way that is accessible and healing for anyone’s lower back.
Students will take home with them a practice that is safe and sustainable. All levels and all body types are welcome!
