Parties will be available starting on Saturday October 11th, 2025, continuing every Saturday until May 23th, 2026

Parties can be schedule on Saturdays and Sundays. Sundays will not include slides.

Additional guests will cost $12 with a maximum of 10 additions.

CA Member: $240 (Saturday) / $200 (Sunday, no slides)

Columbia Cardholder: $360 / $320 (Sunday, no slides)

Other: $480 / $440 (Sunday, no slides)

Each additional participant after the initial 20 guests: $12

• Full usage of Splashdown during partytime

· Party fee must be paid in full at the time of booking the event. Reservations will not be accepted.

· Party includes use of 1 picnic table. This is a landing spot for food and meeting. It will not seat every guest.

· Decorations may only include Tablecloth, up to 6 mylar ballons (no larger than 18 inches), and a banner that is able to fit within the rental space.

· In the case of unforeseen circumstances, such as power outage or inclement weather, CA reserves the right to close the facility. If the facility is closed during the scheduled party time, the party may be rescheduled by the person identified as the host or CA will refund the amount paid for the party. Please keep your receipt. Original receipt must be presented within 30 days for a refund.

· Swim Center Parties: the host may cancel or reschedule with a minimum of 14 days’ notice (prior to the date of the party). If less than 14 days’ notice is given to CA, the party fee will be refunded minus a $50 service charge.

· CA reserves the right at all times to cancel this agreement. If the agreement is canceled by CA, CA’s only obligation is to refund any fees actually paid to CA under this agreement.

· Children over 6 years of age are not allowed in the wading pool.

· The following items are prohibited within the facility:

• Glass, gum, nut products, alcohol, gummy candies, glitter, confetti.
• Open flame (sternos, birthday candles, grills) or Helium tanks
• Outside services (catering, vendors, mascots, props, or photo booths)
• Live music or speakers.

· All posted pool rules are in effect during the event and must be followed. Party participants whose behavior is aggressive or potentially harmful in nature, or who may pose a safety risk in any way, as solely determined by the CA staff, will be removed from the party area and/or facility. In such a case, it is the responsibility of the host to assure that the individual is removed as requested.

· Party Hosts are allowed to come 15 minutes prior to their scheduled start time to set up any decorations.

· Parties have 15 minutes after their scheduled end time to clean up and vacate the party area.

· Party Bands will be given to the host when checking-in, on the day of the party. The bands must be worn by all people, adults and children, throughout the facility. Party hosts are responsible for dispersing bands to guests. Additional guest bands may be purchased. $12/guest, up to 10 additional guests.

· All food and party supplies must be able to fit in the rented party area (15ft x 7ft).

· Party host must have the Attendees Sheet filled out prior to arrival on the day of the party.

· One adult chaperone is required for every five kids that are under 13 years old.
