Triathlon-specific swim training with a focus on building freestyle and open water swim techniques. Workouts will also focus on building endurance and performance.
|Winter/Session 1 (Bike/Run)||January 20-March 3 (indoor)|
|Spring/Session 2 (Bike/Run)||March 17-April 28 (outdoor, weather permitting. Generally on Sundays, but may include some Saturdays to accommodate local running races)|
Includes 30-minute core workout, followed by a bike/run combo workout. Biking will be indoors; run will be on indoor track or outside weather permitting. Participants are encouraged to bring their bike in good working order or can use spin bikes. Also bring gear for cycling indoors, and running indoors and outdoors in cool weather.
