Columbia Dialogues — working together to enhance Columbia as a diverse, inclusive and welcoming community for all
Interested in fostering a more inclusive Columbia? Want to find common ground and learn from community members who are different from you?
Columbia’s 50th Birthday Celebration is convening facilitated, small group discussions on the intersections of race, class and culture. The goal is to foster a personal and collective commitment for participants to take action to become a more inclusive community. Each group will reflect the diversity of our community so that we can learn from each other.
If interested, please complete the form below by Tuesday, March 28. The groups will consist of 12 to 15 people and will meet for three facilitated three-hour sessions. When scheduled, participants will be asked to commit to interactive participation in all three sessions. Sessions will be held beginning in spring 2017. For questions or to request disability-related accommodation, please contact Jane.Dembner@ColumbiaAssociation.org.
