Make a difference, get involved and be an integral part of the solution — all while having fun and making friends. These two committees get young people involved in their community by planning, organizing and implementing positive programs and activities for their peers. In the process, they gain self-confidence and leadership experience.
Meetings are held on the first Thursday of each month — November 1, December 6, January 3, February 7, March 7, April 4, May 2 and June 6 — from 6:30-7:30pm at The Barn, 5853 Robert Oliver Place in the Oakland Mills Village Center.
