Group Fitness Classes

Fun, exciting, and engaging group fitness classes are available for all fitness levels. Every group fitness class is taught by nationally certified fitness instructor. Some classes offer preregistration for CA Fit&Play and Golf Fit&Play members. 1Fit and former Package Plan members drop-in to those classes on a space-available basis.

Other classes require no registration at all; they are open to all members to drop-in.

At Columbia Athletic Club, facilities include a 2,000 square-foot group fitness studio with marley sprung floor, a 600-square-foot dedicated cycle studio, a 1,000-square-foot mind body studio, and an aqua therapy pool. Group fitness classes offered at Columbia Athletic Club include BodyPump™, BodyVive™, R.I.P.P.E.D™, INSANITY™, Studio Cycling, Zumba©, Cardio Dance – LaBlast©, yoga, PiYo© LIve, QiGong, Aqua Arthritis, and more.

At Columbia Gym, facilities include a 1,000-square-foot studio for group exercise classes; a 1,000-square-foot studio for studio cycling and special group personal training classes; and an 800-square-foot studio for martial arts and yoga. Group fitness classes offered at Columbia Gym include BodyPump™, BodyStep™, Turbokick©, Cardio Dance Party, INSANITY© Pilates Hybrid, Studio Cycling,  Zumba©, Aqua Zumba©, yoga and more!

At Supreme Sports Club, facilities include a 1,600-square-foot studio, a dedicated cycle studio, and a 600-square-foot yoga studio.  Group fitness classes offered at Supreme Sports Club include BodyPump™, BodyStep™ MyRide© Cycling, Studio Cycling, Cardio Dance Party, Tae Bo©, R.I.P.P.E.D™, Turbokick™, toning classes,  yoga, and more.

A variety of aqua fitness classes are also offered at Columbia Swim Center and at Columbia Association’s outdoor pools during the summer months. Classes include Deep Aqua Fitness, Shallow Aqua Fitness, Aqua Zumba, Aqua Bootcamp, and more. During the summer months, outdoor yoga classes are offered at Stevens Forest Pool Fitness Pavilion.
