Les Mills™ group fitness classes are among the most popular in the world!

CA offers several Les Mills classes at all three fitness clubs (Columbia Athletic Club, Columbia Gym, and Supreme Sports Club). There is something for everyone — whether it is challenging your body to reach your fitness goals, or if you are just looking to have fun and join the special community that our group fitness classes create.

Classes are free and open to CA members only. CA Fit&Play and 1Fit members can preregister for BodyPump, BodyStep and CXWORX. BodyFlow is a drop-in class for Athletic Club 1Fit and CA Fit&Play members.

Looking for a relaxing but motivating class to improve your mind, body and life while strengthening your entire body and increasing flexibility? Try BodyFlow!

A blend of yoga, tai chi and Pilates, BodyFlow can also help reduce body fat, increase back strength and ease anxiety. Plus it is set to the perfect music — allowing you to unwind so that you forget you are challenging your body.

Weight training/barbell workout set to motivating music for anyone who is looking to get lean, toned and fit — fast.

This class uses barbells with changeable weights for all fitness levels and lots of repetition to give you a total body workout. BodyPump helps you build lean muscle mass, increasing your body’s ability to effectively burn calories in the long-term.

Available at Columbia Gym only.

Basic stepping, just like walking up and down stairs, is at the heart of this simple, fun and athletic workout on an adjustable platform to exciting music. This full-body cardio workout will tone your butt and legs, while raising heart rates and increasing cardio fitness.

Available at Supreme Sports Club only.

A quick and efficient 30-minute workout that challenges you mentally and physically. Exercising muscles around the core, CXWORX provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do — from everyday life to your favorite sports.

You’ll tighten and tone core muscles and improve functional strength for balance, mobility and injury prevention using body weight, tubing and light free weights. All the moves in CXWORX have options, so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness.
