Pilates is a system of exercises designed by Joseph Pilates to work the deep core muscles of the body increasing performance in athletics and daily life. Brilliantly, it can flatten your abs, shape your buttocks and legs, increase strength, invigorate the mind, and improve posture, balance and coordination.

- 6-Week Pilates Mat sessions are offered (for a fee) at all Columbia Association fitness clubs. Drop-ins are always welcome.
- Free 30-minute drop-in PIlates Hybrid classes are available to all CA members. Class dates and times vary per club
- Haven on the Lake, CA’s mind body tetreat, is home of Pilates Reformer and Pilates Fusion classes. Haven on the Lake Revive members receive free Pilates Mat and Pilates Reformer Launch (Introduction) classes. All other Haven on the Lake Members and non-members can purchase class packs to participate in these classes. Haven on the Lake also offers, for a fee, Pilates Reformer and Tower privates, duets, and quad groups scheduled around your availability.
