Build Your Bones
Offered at Columbia Athletic Club on Tuesdays and Thursdays from noon-12:45pm on an ongoing basis. This class features strength training, balance work and core exercises that benefit the health and safety of your bones. Appropriate for all fitness levels. Joints in Motion
Held at Columbia Athletic Club, this class will help increase your mobility and function and decrease pain and stiffness. This class is free CA Fit&Play, 1Fit (Columbia Athletic Club only), Golf Fit&Play members. The class is $10 for CA members and Columbia Cardholders per class, and $16 for non-members per class.
