Proper form reduces the likelihood of injury. Our trainers are extremely conscientious of your safety and will instruct you on proper form/technique, and the use of all facility fitness equipment. If necessary, trainers will communicate with your doctor or therapist to follow their recommendations. All trainers are certified in CPR/AED.
