New Flex Fitness Challenge at CA! Available at all three fitness clubs.
This is not just another weight loss challenge — it’s a whole body improvement!
No more stepping on scales, no poking or prodding. This is a non-invasive, non-judgmental challenge to increase your mobility, flexibility and posture while building strength and cardiovascular health.
All participants will be evaluated during kickoff week using the new TRX MAPS units. TRX MAPS performs a complete body movement assessment in less than 30 seconds and provides results via email and on-screen with measurements for Mobility, Activation, Symmetry and Posture, as well as an overall MAPS score.
Two TRFlex class per week. Classes are 50 minutes in length. Class days and times will be determined closer to the kickoff and participants can choose as they go. Classes featured are TRX Strong, TRX Sweat, and Total TRX.

Registration: Registration will be held from Monday, February 18-Friday, March 22, 2019
Kick-Off Week: Saturday, March 23-Sunday, March 31. Participants will receive the TRX MAPS assessments during this week.
Flex Fitness Challenge Session: Monday, April 1-Friday, May 31, 2019. Participants will take TRFlex classes per week during this time period.
Flex Fitness Challenge Wrap-Up: Saturday, June 1. More details to be provided soon.
