Tribe Season 5 launches Monday, August 5 at Columbia Athletic Club and Supreme Sports Club. Tribe is a progressive, results-based small group training program focused on intelligent movement. Each week of the six-week cycle (known as a season) builds upon the previous week’s workouts. Each new season introduces new workouts to build upon last season, so you are consistently improving your results and body. You receive an assessment at the beginning and end of each season, plus the expertise and guidance from our certified Tribe coaches.
The core of the Tribe program is that when we are held accountable to others-driven by others’ successes and motivated to succeed-we realize our full potential.
You can join with your own Tribe of friends or join a Tribe group and make new friends! Many of the people who participate in Tribe have developed relationships outside of the gym that provide further support and motivation to achieve your goals!
Whatever age or fitness level you are, one of the three Tribe programs will provide you with the training, workout and support you need to achieve greatness.

Fit, fast, strong
Are you a Tough Mudder or CrossFit enthusiast? TribeFIT is for you! This high-intensity interval training (HIIT) is designed to help you move and perform like an athlete. Using a combination of strength, power and conditioning exercises along with mobility training, you’ll enhance your athletic performance and achieve a lean, strong body.
