Burn up to 1000 calories per class! Fit Boxing features high-intensity cardio with boxing techniques and dumbbell resistance incorporating calisthenics and plyometric exercises. Increase your energy, boost your metabolism and burn calories while having fun!

Classes are open to both CA members and non-members. Everyone gets their first class for free! Classes are held at Columbia Gym in 8-week sessions, however, a prorate is available for those would like to start in the middle of a session. Drop-ins are also welcome on a space available basis.

Have fun while getting strong and fit with CA’s Kettlebell classes at Columbia Gym! Using cast-iron weights, you’ll perform exercises that combine cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training. Build strength and endurance, particularly in the lower back, legs and shoulders, and increase grip strength.

The perfect mix of cardio and strength, TRFlex is CA’s new functional training program – designed to give you the complete fitness program you need. Centered around our suspension trainers, TRFlex delivers the best elements of high-intensity (H.I.I.T.) and resistance training through its three main sessions: TRX Strong, TRX Sweat and Total TRX along with our foundational sessions TRX Basics and TRX Gold. Each session is 50 minutes.
