Columbia Association’s Athlete’s Edge (AE) Skills and Conditioning Program is designed to assist in improving an athlete’s performance. AE programs are led by certified personal trainers, conditioning specialists and/or coaches with current or prior experience participating in or coaching athletes. One-on-one, small group (two to four individuals) and team training sessions (five or more) are available for specific sport development and general physical conditioning. All group programs are designed to progressively challenge the athlete week by week, and provide the athlete with the same coaching and tools that the professionals use. What is WINN (When If Not Now)?

WINN is a program for those 50 and over that provides special coaching, information, personal attention, physical exercise and fun. WINN will introduce you to a way of life so invigorating, you’ll wonder how you ever lived any other way.

What does WINN include?

With WINN, you receive six 30-minute sessions (five one-on-one fitness sessions and one nutrition session) and unlimited use of Columbia Association Package Plan Plus amenities, including all group fitness classes.

Suitable for youth members 11 years of age and older – up to 90 minutes

Groups of up to four youths and parent, per consultation

Schedule to meet with one of CA’s certified personal trainers who will design a basic fitness routine for your child that includes a proper warm-up and cool down, cardiovascular exercise and strength training.  Workouts will be explained to youth members so they are comfortable and feel safe at the gym while parents actively supervise.  Facility policies and gym etiquette will be communicated.  Although youth members will be encouraged to use all areas of the gym floor, the free weight areas and participation in group exercise programming are restricted until child is 14 years of age.
