Columbia Association’s Athlete’s Edge (AE) Skills and Conditioning Program is designed to assist in improving an athlete’s performance. AE programs are led by certified personal trainers, conditioning specialists and/or coaches with current or prior experience participating in or coaching athletes. One-on-one, small group (two to four individuals) and team training sessions (five or more) are available for specific sport development and general physical conditioning. All group programs are designed to progressively challenge the athlete week by week, and provide the athlete with the same coaching and tools that the professionals use. Team sessions can be offered per the team and conditioning coaches’ availability.
