We understand why you don’t feel comfortable returning to our facilities during the current pandemic, but we want you to know that we are continuing to think of ways to keep you active, healthy and having fun from your home. And we look forward to when we can welcome you back. 

Below are just a few things that we are offering to help you stay connected with CA. 


Whether you need to get back into a regular routine or need help building on what you have just started, CA’s Personal Trainers can get you where you want to go with Virtual Personal Training (VPT)

You’ll get 45-minute virtual personal training sessions and a fitness program designed to fit your needs. Available for both CA members (active and frozen) and non-members.

In addition to in-person classes with multiple COVID-19 safety procedures in place, some of our Martial Arts classes for kids are available virtually. Your kids can take a break from their screens and engage in a physical activity from the comfort and safety of your home.

Our online catalog of group fitness classes allows you to stay mentally and physically healthy from home led by our wonderful group fitness instructors and certified personal trainers. Classes are free. Classes include BodyPump, Cardio Tone, TRX Total Body, multiple yoga choices, Qigong, CoreFit and Pilates, HIIT and more!

Stay Connected 

In addition to our current social media channels for CA (
Facebook, Twitter and Instagram), we’ve created new social media accounts so that depending on your interests you can keep updated on new programs, tips, fun activities and more. Be sure to follow us! 

We’ve also added new emails to subscribe to based on interests. We’ve added ones for parents/families; golf, aquatics, tennis and fitness. Visit our web page

Frozen Member Information

We look forward to the deployment of COVID-19 vaccines and ongoing efforts to curb cases in our community.

Until then, we understand some of our members may not feel comfortable coming back in a “full-time” capacity. We are pleased to let you know that freezes for CA and Haven memberships have been extended to at least May 18, 2021.

That extension will be automatically applied to your membership. You can end your freeze at any time by notifying CA by the 17th of the month you’d like it to be active again.

We want to make sure you have the opportunity to experience all of the safety features and sanitation protocols we have implemented at our facilities. 

That is why CA is reactivating the guest passes on your account for both CA and Haven on the Lake frozen members. These passes are reserved for the people listed on your membership, giving you and your family a chance to see what’s going on for yourselves before making a decision on reinstating your membership. 

CA frozen members can take advantage of guest passes at any CA facility included in their membership (with the exception of outdoor pools). Frozen Haven members can use them at Haven. All you need to do is visit the front desk and explain that you’d like to use one of your guest passes.

Members with active freezes on their accounts cannot pre-register for any group fitness classes but can participate if there is a space available.
