We are seeking an administrative assistant who enjoys working independently in a fast-paced environment. This position requires someone who will enjoy working with a wide variety of professional people both within and outside of the department.
This position is responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, as well as project management coordination and support as assigned. Work includes the organization of daily assignments related mostly to real estate matters, data entry, legal agreements and permit entitlements, processing of invoices, record keeping, report and presentation preparation, and filing; and provides information and assistance to the general public.
• Must be able to read civil engineering blueprints
• Real estate development-related experience required
