Columbia Association is seeking a full-time Indoor Pools Operations Manager for our Aquatics Division. The Indoor Pools Operations Manager will be responsible for planning and executing the operations of the indoor pools at Columbia Gym, Supreme Sports Club, Haven on the Lake, and Columbia Athletic Club.
Other responsibilities include but are not limited to staffing, timekeeping, financial management, hiring, pump room operations, assisting and coaching team members, correspondences, bidding, inventory control, cash handling procedures, facility appearances, and training and supervision of lifeguards, managers on duty, and supervises team members.
Candidates are required to have at least two years of experience in a related field with knowledge of industry-wide standard practices, terminology and procedures as they apply to aquatics. A high school degree required, college graduate preferred.
