Columbia Association is looking to hire a full time Assistant to the Vice President/CFO to coordinate, oversee and perform a wide variety of administrative activities and services such as managing confidential assignments, office management duties, acting as a liaison with vendors, CA senior staff and occasionally Board and community members. The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for the daily operation of the Vice President’s Office as well as receiving logs and reviewing general liability incidents, as well as providing administrative support to the Director of Finance/Treasurer; serve as a secretary of the Capital Projects Recommendation Committee.

A Bachelor of Science degree is preferred and at least ten years of experience working for executive management. The Assistant to the Vice President/CFO should demonstrate excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; have the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to and have good working skills using Microsoft Office programs and Google Suite, as well as the ability to work independently on multiple tasks and complete assignments within specified deadlines.
