The Aquatics Division is looking for a part-time, year-round Clippers Masters Coach. The Clippers Masters Coach supervises practice groups in accordance to the values, purpose and policies of Columbia Association.
The Clippers Masters Coach coaches adults in recreational and competitive swimming, and ensures the safety and success of swimmers.
They must be able to maintain all necessary certifications for US Masters Swimming and attend coaches’ meetings. Effective and appropriate communication skills are necessary, as you will be speaking with CA team members, swimmers, parents and volunteers. Candidates should be able to work in all kinds of weather and stand for long periods of time.
