The Aquatics Division is looking for a part-time, year-round Clippers Swim Coach.  The Clippers Swim Coach supervises practice groups in accordance to the values, purpose and policies of the Columbia Association. The Clippers Swim Coach coaches youth in competitive swimming, ensuring the safety and success of swimmers, keeping attendance records when the Lead Coach is not present, attending coaches meetings, and will know how to use the team website and keep track of any updates, events, and/or deadlines.
They must be able to maintain all necessary certifications for USA Swimming. Effective and appropriate communication skills are necessary, as you will be speaking with  CA team members, swimmers, parents and volunteers. The Clippers Swim Coach should be able to work in all kinds of weather, stand for long periods of time and complete all the necessary trainings by Columbia Association.
