The Wellness Consultant will be knowledgeable of the mission of Columbia Association and the brand promise of Haven on the Lake. They will be accountable for making sure Haven on the Lake achieves its sales and retention targets as approved by CA’s Board of Directors and management. The Wellness Consultant will take direction from the Wellness Professional and General Manager of Sales as well as work closely with other departments and team members to insure that all sales goals are met or exceeded.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES:
– Computer literate, good typing skills and good interpersonal skills.
– The Wellness Consultant must have good communication with customer service skills.
– Minimum two years of experience in membership sales, retail/hospitality sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
