The HRIS Specialist will serve as the principal resource for coordinating, managing, maintaining, and supporting the HRIS Ceridian Dayforce system.

The HRIS Specialist will coordinate, track, and support all phases of HRIS project implementations of medium and high complexity, including documenting requirements and process flows, developing and maintaining project plans, system testing, and end-user training and support.

This position will coordinate with vendors, programmers, and management on the implementation of any maintenance or change-management activities and ensure they are implemented successfully. This position will develop and generate operational reports, troubleshoot system issues, and respond to end-user support requests.

To be successful, the HRIS Specialist must be able to build strong internal and external relationships at all levels, provide excellent customer service, anticipate and proactively address organizational needs, manage multiple priorities with aggressive deadlines, and work effectively both independently and in a team environment.

This is a full-time position. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, computer science or other related fields. Must have
3-5 years of HRIS experience
