We are seeking a customer service-oriented, highly motivated leader to join our world-class team as a Manager on Duty at the Columbia Ice Rink. The primary purpose of the Manager on Duty is to implement and supervise the overall operational functions before, during, and after public skate sessions, private rentals, birthday parties and events on a given shift. This position is responsible for providing a fun, safe and enjoyable experience that exceed all members and guests expectations.

Applicants must have the ability to manage multiple projects, be proficient in Google applications, have excellent customer service skills and clear oral and written communication skills. Applicant must possess a high school diploma or GED, be at least 21 years of age, possess a valid Class-(C) Driver License, and have the ability to learn and operate the Zamboni within 60 days of employment. Familiarity with hockey and/or figure skating preferred.
