Under supervision, the SportsPark Attendant will perform essential operational functions in accordance with the standard operating procedures of Columbia SportsPark and in accordance with the Sport and Fitness Department objectives and the four cornerstones of Columbia Association: Safety, Friendliness and Cleanliness, Sales, and Building Relationships.

They will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, keeping the facility and outdoor areas clean, enforcing rules to ensure customer safety, performing basic maintenance tasks, selling items and programs to customers, and completing specified training courses.

Additionally, they will setup and work birthday and corporate outings, and assist in routine pond, ramp, building, and batting cage maintenance. This position involves manual labor and public interaction in various weather conditions, including sun, rain, heat, snow, and cold. Applicants must have a flexible schedule and must be able to work nights, afternoons, weekends, and on holidays.
