Columbia SportsPark is seeing a part-time Assistant Manager. This position is an integral part of the leadership team; the SportsPark/SkatePark Assistant Manager ensures a successful, safe, clean, functional and customer service-focused environment for our members, guests and associates. They strive to fulfill the Brand Promise, Mission, Vision and Values of Columbia Association. The Assistant Manager will inspire members and guests through movement, community and personal attention.

The SportsPark/SkatePark Assistant Manager assumes all responsibility of the SportsPark/SkatePark facility in the absence of the General Manager. Some responsibilities include staff scheduling, payroll, purchasing, budgeting, and cash management. The SportsPark/SkatePark Assistant Manager will hold a vital role in communicating with vendors, corporate customers, and other Columbia Association departments and divisions.

Requirements include at least one year of experience working in a multi-recreational facility, management experience in related industry preferred. Must be at least 18 years old, and must have a high school diploma or GED.
