Under the direction of the Aquatics Director, Pool Supervisors, and Cluster Leader, this position is responsible for preseason setup of facilities, day-to-day operations and staffing of the pool(s). Interaction with others includes East/West Operations Managers, Lifeguards and office personnel.

The Site Manager has legal duty to protect the safety of people in an assigned area, a professional obligation to prevent potential accidents by enforcing the rules and regulations of an aquatic setting and to react to any emergencies that occur.

The Site Manager is also responsible in assisting the Cluster Leader in coordinating in-service training for their staff, maintaining a safe and clean pool environment, processing end-of-night paperwork, meeting approved budgeted numbers, acting as a Manager on Duty while the Cluster Leader is away, attending weekly assistant manager team meetings, completing weekly inventory orders, and following up on all paperwork for their assigned site.
