If so, Columbia Association seeks an experienced Tennis Front Desk Manager-on-Duty to ensure the satisfaction of our members and guests at our five prestigious tennis clubs, encompassing 37 tennis courts and six pickleball courts located in Columbia, Maryland.
Under the direct supervision of the Tennis Operations Supervisor, the Manager-on-Duty will strive to fulfill the CA Brand Promise, Mission, Vision and Values. The Manager-on-Duty is a courteous professional interested in promoting the game of tennis, growing the game and ensuring the satisfaction of our members and guests. This is a part-time, year-round position in which the professional must be willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Applicants must have the ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments, be proficient in MS Office and Google applications, and possess a high school diploma or GED.
